I’ve been photographing weddings since 2009. Ironically my background did not start out in weddings, but in sports. I fell into photographing weddings by chance, but quickly realized what I loved about sports was what I loved about weddings…the emotion. I just traded in sweat and dirt for bling and champagne and I love it!

I get asked a lot – Why Spoon? Yes, I love food, and I love to bake, but the name originates from my maiden name: Greenspoon. My parents had a company called Greenspoon Construction, and being one of three girls, I wanted a way to carry on the name in my own way.

With a degree in graphic design, I wanted to utilize both of my passions in one cohesive wedding spot. The invitation and design side, along with my photography side, allows me to work with couples from their engagement session through their thank you cards, and everything in-between. I love being able to collaborate with my couples from beginning to end for their weddings.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me traveling the globe with my husband, baking up a storm in my kitchen (probably with a glass of wine in hand!), or snuggled up with a book and my puppy. So reach out, say “Hello!” and let’s start chatting about your wedding!
